While designing the cover spread, we wanted a NEW cocktail to include that reflected the winter white of the palette we had chosen. The Fairy Godmother Velvet Snowflake fluttered its way into our hearts and glasses! (You still have time to run out on your lunch break to get the ingredients for this Fab FG Friday cocktail.)

2 parts vanilla vodka
1 part white creme de cacao
1 1/2 parts white chocolate Irish cream
Garnish with white chocolate curls or cake sparkles (or if you are like us, both!)

She uses French archival black paper and iris surgical scissors to create these magnificent works of art. The guests silhouettes paired with their well wishes fill the pages of your album and leave a lasting impression of that day.

There are lots of other personal touches where you and your wedding party's profiles become the highlight of the event. How fun and mysterious would it be to have your guests greeted at the guest book table with your bridal profile at the ceremony and replace it with your traditional Bridal Portrait for the reception. Looking for a Black & White cocktail to match your timeless color-scheme (and not stain your dress)? Try this vanilla bean martini on for size! If you like it less sweet, skip adding the Sprite or cut back on the Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup.
Vanilla Bean Martini
Rimmer: 2 parts granulated sugar, 1 part vanilla powder Shake with ice: 4 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 1 oz. Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup, splash of lime juice Add: ½ oz. Sprite Pour into rimmed glass, and place a small vanilla bean inside or a large one across the top of the glass.
Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup: 2 Cups Sugar 2 Cups Water 2 Vanilla beans sliced open with insides scraped into the pan (place the whole beans in as well) Boil gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

Around the office, we've deemed it "A Return to Gatsby," because more and more brides-to-be are enlisting us to create the eternally-chic b&w combo.
