 Are you looking for an alternative to a mojito this summer? How about a refreshing Moscow Mule?

Moscow Mule

• Ice cubes 
• 1/4 cup vodka      
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice      
• 1/2 cup chilled good quality ginger beer      
• 1 lime wedge & mint

• Freeze copper mug for an hour.
• Add vodka and lime juice, then ginger beer; stir to mix.
• Garnish with lime wedge & mint.
