It is HOT! We are in Texas, and the last few days have been ridiculously hot. No, not record-breaking 111 hot, but still much too hot to be comfortable outside.
This cocktail is our answer to the Texas heat. Summer is winding down, and what better way to refresh ourselves than with fresh watermelon (and maybe a sprig of mint)? Seriously. CHAMPAGNE (or Prosecco) and fresh watermelon with a sprig of mint of course!

Watermelon Prosecco
- Add some cold balled watermelon to your glass.
- Fill with your favorite Champagne or Prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Enjoy!
