In Austin, there are some Fridays that you can almost HEAR Chuy's calling your name. They have great Mexican Martinis! We have our own version of their cocktail.

Mexican Martini
Shake with ice:
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
1.5 oz. simple syrup
1.5 oz. lime juice
Splash of pulp-free orange juice
Dash of olive juice
Garnish with
2 jalapeno-stuffed olives
Enjoy!
