We had a request by a FB follower for a new cocktail that was fitting for the cooler weather; here it is!
Fairy Godmother Gingerbread Martini
1 ounce vanilla vodka1 ounce Irish Cream liqueur
1/2 ounce Kahlúa liqueur
1/2 ounce gingerbread syrup (We found ours at Starbucks), plus more for rimming the glass
1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream — semi-melted
Combine above ingredients & shake with ice.
1 crushed gingerbread cookie for rimming the glass (with gingerbread syrup)
Gingerbread or gingersnap cookie for garnish or dipping.
Rim glass with syrup, dip in crushed cookie, strain mix into glass, serve with cookie and enjoy!
